INGREDIENTS: Chicken: Cut-up whole chicken pieces (wing, drumstick, back attached thigh (may contain kidneys), breast with rib attached, keil breast), water, sodium phosphate, salt, monosodium glutamate. Battered and breaded wheat flour, salt, spices, monosodium glutamate, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, modifed corn starch, yellow corn flour, baking powder, vegetable oil shortening (soybean and cottonseed), defatted soy flour, dried egg white, guar gum, browned in vegetable oil.
Seasoning: Wheat flour, vegetable oil shortening (soybean, cottonseed), spices, salt, hydrolyzed plant protein (corn, soy, wheat gluten), monosodium glutamate, sugar, calcium silicate (mfg aid), onion powder, flavour, autolyzed yeast extract, dehydrated parsley, silicon dioxide (mfg aid), garlic powder.
Fries: Potatoes, partially hydrogenated vegetable shortening (soybean oil and/or canola oil), modified potato starch, rice flour, dextrin, wheat starch, cornstarch, salt, leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate), whey, xanthan gum, dextrose.
All deep-fried products are cooked in an all vegetable shortening which is composed of hydrogenated vegetable oil and dimethylpolysiloxane.
