INGREDIENTS: Fries: Potatoes, partially hydrogenated vegetable shortening (soybean oil and/or canola oil), modified potato starch, rice flour, dextrin, wheat starch, cornstarch, salt, leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate), whey, xanthan gum, dextrose.
Cheese Curds: Pasteurized milk, modified milk ingredients, bacterial culture, salt, calcium chloride, microbial enzyme, color* (*may contain).
Gravy: Toasted wheat crumbs, modified corn starch, salt, chicken fat, dextrose, autolyzed yeast extract, monosodium glutamate, onion powder, hydrolyzed corn protein, flavour, spices, caramel, silicon dioxide (mfg aid).
All deep-fried products are cooked in an all vegetable shortening composed of hydrogenated vegetable oil and dimethylpolysiloxane.
