Cranberry Sauce Recipe
1 package 8oz (227g) of fresh Fruit d^Or cranberries
1/2 cup (125mL) of water
1/2 cup (125mL) of brown sugar
Grated zest of one orange
Put all ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Let boil until berries start to pop (about 5 minutes). Stir as they cook. Let cool.
(You can also sweeten with granulated sugar, blueberries, raisins or a combination of these. To make the sauce set, let it cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for at least an hour.)
